Great barbecue Tennessee style. They give you a clear vinegar based liquid to pour on the "que". I devour the sandwich quickly because living in Louisville the closest location is Bowling Green. We usually buy 2 or 3 pounds every time we find a Whitts.

The food was OK. It was not the normal. The food was southern home cooking and definitely a barbecue place for Nashville. It was decent and my food was good and it was just a little bit pricey

The staffs are very polite and the food is delicious. We ordered family pack 2 (pork). For sides, we had Potato salad & coleslaw. Everything was good. Their coleslaw is not mayo based but crisp and right sourness. Very refreshing. My son recommends to put the coleslaw in the bun with BBQ. I tried it and loved it! I would highly recommend for a quick pick up dinner!!

The cornbread is super tasty! I got the pulled pork and I had to order a second helping of potato salad. Absolutely scrumptious!

Read the reviews and went anyway...glad we did. Not sure what's up with all the negative comments...food was good, decent portions and affordable. I had the pulled pork plate with Mac and cheese/corn bread/potato salad. Pork had awesome flavor and moist. Cornbread had a unique flavor and my friend and I liked it more than expected. Both sides were really good also! I took 5 wings home along with a bottle of their hot bbq sauce. Wings had a hot punch and we're decent but a bit dry. Not a fan of the vinegar sauces but the thick ones were excellent.

$7 for a giant potato, smothered in butter and cheese and then covered with a generous portion of pulled pork? Yes, please! We also tried a few other items, but the loaded baked potato was my favorite. Reasonable prices. Consistently good food. And hands down the worst cornbread I've ever had in my life.
